The parish pastoral council is the official consultative, advisory and representative body for Saint Thomas Aquinas Parish to the Pastor and from the Pastor to the Parish. Its purpose is to see to the implementation of the mission statement as an individual application of the grace of Baptism and Confirmation, a sharing in the kingly, priestly and prophetic mission of Jesus Christ in the Catholic Church.
